Psychotherapy for Life Transitions, Career Changes, and the Challenges of Living Abroad

I believe that much of the suffering we experience in adulthood cannot be understood merely as individual symptoms. The anxiety of shifting careers in your 30s or 40s, burnout within the corporate world, conflicts surrounding money, or the deep sense of isolation when living in another country often reveal profound disruptions in how we build our identity, worth, and life path.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (CRP 06/101877), graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP). I hold both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Mental Health, alongside specialized training in Human Sexuality and contemporary therapeutic approaches. My professional journey has also been shaped by social, psychoanalytic, and intercultural perspectives.

Throughout my career, I have balanced scientific research, university teaching, and public health services with private practice. This background allows me to offer an approach that combines rigorous academic knowledge with a deep, compassionate understanding of individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
